GenWorks sponsors an intra-company, employee-led committee that fosters a culture of giving, encouraging all employees to contribute their time, talent, and resources.  Whether it’s through individual volunteering based on personal priorities or matching gifts programs to multiply impact or employee teams to support important initiatives, GenWorks spotlights the myriad of ways we can serve others.

Furthermore, through the Stephenson Family Foundation, we leverage the success of the GenWorks companies to engage in philanthropy that supports human service nonprofit agencies in Cary and Wake County.  Since 1996, our community commitment has been demonstrated primarily through grants awarded to nonprofits serving our community.
